01Who we are

FelixFitness ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a mobile fitness and social application operated by Eukrasia Studio LLC, a limited liability company organized in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use FelixFitness, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the FelixFitness mobile app and related services. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

02Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run your account, deliver the App's fitness and social features, and keep the service secure. This falls into the categories below.

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

A note on health-related data

The workout and activity information you log may be considered health- or fitness-related data. We collect it only to provide the App's core tracking and social features, and we handle it consistent with this policy. We do not use your fitness data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

With other users

FelixFitness includes social features, so some information is visible to other people by design. Depending on your privacy settings, this can include your username, display name, profile photo, achievements, and the content you post (workouts you choose to share, posts, comments, and likes). You control much of what others can see through the App's privacy controls, and you can block other users.

With service providers

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations:

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or Eukrasia Studio LLC.

Business transfers

If Eukrasia Studio LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

05Third-party services

The App uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data:

Confirm your SDKs. If you add analytics, crash reporting (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics or Analytics), or advertising tools, list each one here and describe what it collects, so this section matches your Play Data safety declaration.

06Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce our agreements. Backup copies may persist for a limited time before being overwritten.

07Data security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS) for data in transit, managed authentication through Amazon Cognito, and access controls on our AWS infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials confidential.

08Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

If you are in the EEA or UK

You have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in California

Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, to request deletion, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

09Account & data deletion

How to delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your FelixFitness account and associated personal data in either of these ways:

  • In the App — go to Settings and select Privacy followed by the account deletion option.
  • By email — write to privacy@eukrasiastudio.com from your account email and request deletion.

When you delete your account, we remove your profile, fitness logs, social content, and uploaded images. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, and residual copies may remain in backups for a limited time before being overwritten.

10Age Requirement

FelixFitness is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. The App is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it. If you believe someone under 18 is using FelixFitness or has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@eukrasiastudio.com and we will take appropriate steps. Consistent with COPPA, we also do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and our infrastructure providers process and store data on servers in the United States and other regions. If you access FelixFitness from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of FelixFitness after an update means you accept the revised policy.
